Terms of Service
Updated 27 August 2026
The service
Linguinee localizes published LMS packages. You upload a package, we extract the translatable text, quote a price in credits, run translation on Anthropic models, and you review and export. The course runtime is not rebuilt.
Your account
You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the packages you upload. Keep your password to yourself.
Credits
Translation is prepaid in credits. Reading and quoting a package is free. The price for a job is shown before anything runs, and that is the amount charged. Unused trial credit does not change the published schedule.
What you upload
You must have the right to upload the package and to have its text translated. Do not upload material you are not allowed to process. Generated packages stay available for a month, then they are removed.
Translation
Translation is performed by Anthropic models. Course text is sent to Anthropic to produce a translation. How Anthropic handles that text is governed by Anthropic's commercial terms, not by a separate promise from Linguinee. See Anthropic's Commercial Terms.
No warranty
Packages are built to preserve the source course. LMS vendors differ. You should launch an export in the LMS you ship to before you put it in front of learners. Linguinee is provided as is.
